You are confronted with decision challenges, without 100% factual basis to decide. Intuitive management, intuitive leadership and intuitive creativity help you to recognize backgrounds and connections and to make optimal decisions from them. They reduce anxiety and uncertainty and promote stability in work and life.

During the two training days you will actively use your intuition. In the four weeks leading up to the seminar, you will write down decisions and situations you have experienced in your life - professional and personal - including decisions you have not made or have not yet made, and practice using your intuition to verify and validate the decisions and situations.

You will learn to develop 'Inner Leadership' via the intuitive level, learn to be able to reflect and align yourself in work and life again and again. With the intuitively controlled inner leadership they are able to develop intui-tive leadership in the outside - to perceive people, as well as employees holistically (e.g. only on the basis of the name or a photo) and to lead or to meet them with leadership qualities. They learn via intuition to assess situations correctly and to find optimized measures, not only situation-related, but also long-term, holistically oriented.

You will not learn management, leadership or creativity techniques in the seminar, which are undoubtedly important and significant. These techniques come from the beta range of brain waves - see the chapter "The Awaikened Mind".

Rather, you learn to use your intuition. With intuition you actively increase your creativity, your imagination, your inspirations - and your effectiveness in life. You are able to optimally align and implement your strategies and plans.
